Roy Arnold Oregon State University Provost Emeritus passed away September 22, 2019. Roy was instrumental in the creation of the FSLI program. He facilitated the work of the design team who developed the grant proposal to the W.K. Kellogg Foundation to fund the start of FSLI. He then sat on the Commission for nine years. He was awarded the APLU Leadership Award in 2016, which recognizes a senior leader who has made an extraordinary impact on the food system. He presented to the Fellows from Cohort 13 during their California Residential Session.
