Impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Food System

The COVID-19 crisis has impacted the supply of our food system.  This has resulted in shortages of many products.  We heard from two Fellows working in the poultry industry.  We had a great discussion on how this part of the food industry has been impacted.

Parker Hall, Vice President of Research & Development, Perdue Foods (Cohort 3) and Clint Rowe, Manager, Research and Development for Perdue Foods (Cohort 13) shared their experience dealing with the COVID-19 crisis as it affects their industry.
