Dr. Christopher Mathis, Jr. has been appointed to serve as the interim dean/director of SAFHS. Dr. Mathis brings to the position an excellent commitment to agriculture and research and is recognized throughout the agriculture community. He is responsible for the SAFHS Plan of Work and provides leadership for SAFHS research laboratories, including Larrison Hall. He is recognized as a proven leader among the 1890 Association of Research Directors (ARD), PAWC, and MANRRS.
